In 2001, we started the establishment of piling machinery engineering center, merging the three former independent design and development rooms. 

This engineering center is for the design, development and improvement of our products. 15% of our total output value is invested into the engineering center each year.

The leading group of the center is the management team of our company. It is under the leadership of the leading group and in the charge of a chief director and a vice director. Each project is charged by a group leader and several group members. An experimental workshop was set to conduct pilot experiment, run by a supervisor and several staffs. These groups include diesel pile hammer group, hydraulic pile pressing machine group, hydraulic pile pressing machine group, hydraulic pile hammer group, electricity group, technique group and technical clerk group. We have a complete administration regime to conduct the comprehensive evaluation and fair rewarding.

The engineering center attaches importance to the cooperation with colleges and research institutions. In recent years, we have been in project cooperation with South China University of Technology, Guangdong University of Technology and National machinery association piling machinery branch, which brought about many achievements and considerable reward.

We value the optimization of design instrumentalities. We purchased professional analytic software which enable to carry out finite element simulation. It has excellent performance in the analysis on stress, strain, fatigue of large and complicated components and structures. The network construction is also well developed. All departments and all stages from development to production are all linked with the computer network.

Our engineering center has obtained many great technical achievements. The HHP series hydraulic pile hammer acquired the certificate of Guangdong key new products. In 2003, the HHP14 hydraulic piling machine was verified by the Science and Technology Department of Guangdong Province and obtained the "certificate of scientific and technological achievements".

In 2001, the YZY hydraulic pile press machine passed the acceptance testing of the provincial Mechanical and Electrical Office and also the Trade & Economic Bureau of Shunde City. In 2002, the diesel hammer series products also passed the acceptance testing. From then on, we complete technical improvements every year. In 2002, we were granted " High and New Technology Enterprise in Guangdong Province" by the Provincial Science and Technology Department and "Technology Innovation Award" by Chencun Town Government.
